Each person using the site must register individually; you must not give your user name or password to any other person nor allow use by anyone other than yourself. Your password can be recovered or reset at any time; if you experience any problems navigating our system, please contact us, we can help you. You must be registered and signed-in to submit a product review; all registration information must be true and correct. When reviewing a product, be precise about what you think was right or wrong about it or both; we reserve the right to delete a review that we deem inappropriate or irrelevant. Your honest reviews help other registered customers know whether they may want the product and helps us decide whether we should continue to carry the product, in the future. We ask that with toys & science kits that all guidelines for age & appropriation are followed and that parental supervision is always given when indicated. Most of all, we ask you have fun with our products; tell us about any products you would like to see here in the future and let us know about any ways we might improve ourselves, we always like to hear from you.
